For tour servicing Moscow " __" 200_ 7.4. The Company is not responsible before the Customer in the cases when the tour programme has been changed due to reasons which are beyond control of the Company, namely: thread of military hostilities, revolutions, disorders, strikes, catastrophes, terroristic acts, delay and shifting of airline's flights, technical and mechanic damages of planes; closing of air terminals, cancellation of communication by coach and by ferry.
7.5. The Company is not responsible before the Customer for the luggage and personal belonging safety. As a rule responsibility for the luggage safety during transportation is with the carrier and the rest of time — with the luggage owner.
7.6. The Company is not responsible before the Customer for the tourist passing of the customs and frontier post formalities and doesn't return the tour cost in case of the Customer delay or his (her) return from the frontier.
7.7. The Company is not obliged to return a part of the tour cost if the Customer, on his (her) own decision on in connetion with his (her) interests has not used all or part of the services stipulated in the present Agreement and rendered by the Company during the tour.
7.8. The Company is not responsible for the Customer's actions if he (she) lagged behind the group on his (her) own initiative.
7.10. The Company informs the Customer about peculiarities of staying in the country of tour
