The graduate of the bachelor's programme "5B050700 - Management" is awarded the academic degree of bachelor of economics and business.

This degree provides the theoretical basis and practical skills to solve issues of economic activity of the enterprise organization and management, choose options for the most effective development of the business entity, motivating staff, monitoring the activities of the enterprise; integrate employees into a successful team leaders, to strengthen innovation, establish a favorable psychological climate.

The objects of professional activity of graduates are companies and organizations of different ownership forms, develops, implements and operates the management and marketing systems in various areas of business and management.

4. The knowledge and skills of graduate students’ educational programme

The main direction of trainingin the specialty consists in in-depth training, prepared to work in the economic, financial, administrative divisions of organizations and institutions, companies, banks, industrial enterprises, government agencies, educational institutions, project organizations, or capable of conducting their own business with confidence.

The educational programme 5B050700 - Management graduate students should:

1) have an idea about:

· on the progress of ongoing reforms in the economy and industrial policy, development trends in modern business, a deep understanding of the essence of the main phenomena and urgent problems in the sphere of management of the economy and production, including environmental, foreign experience of management companies and the economy as a whole.

2) know:

• theory, models and methods of disciplines subject area management, namely, economy, state regulation of economy, finance, project management, basics of accounting, audit and economic analysis, strategic and tactical management, business law, financial management, and human resource management and international economic relations;

· timely methods of collecting, storing and processing information, the basis of modern information technologies, methods of stimulating innovation;

· basics of the quality control, labor law, anti-trust control, pricing;

· standards of business ethics, corporate culture and corporate social responsibility.

The graduate should possess the following general cultural competences:

– culture of thinking, ability to synthesize, analyze, process information, set goals and choose the ways of achieving them, ability to produce oral and written language logically and clearly;

– understanding the importance of humanistic values for conservation and development of modern civilization; willingness to accept moral responsibilities towards the natural environment, society, other people and yourself;

– possesses abilities of an individual methodically correct use of methods of physical education and health promotion, ready to achieve the proper level of physical fitness to ensure full social and professional activities.
