University prepares graduates EP, can effectively adapt to rapidly changing social and professional conditions of activity with a high level of readiness for the implementation of the basic professional functions, capable of constructively influence the nature and direction of the professional fields of its activity, possessing the skills of organizing work and management with extensive the use of ICT in the management of business processes.

The educational programme "Management" is designed in accordance with the national framework of qualifications and professional standards, with the Dublin descriptors and the European frame of qualifications on the basis of the State educational standards of higher education, approved by the Government of Kazakhstan on August 23, 2012, no.1080, Model curricula for specialty. The educational programme 5B050700 –Management aimed at the resolution the following main goals of the educational programme (short - GEP)arising from the overall goal:

GEP1 - develop the ability to self-improvement and self-development, develop the needs and skills of independent creative mastery of new knowledge throughout their active life;

GEP2 - training with a high level of professional culture, including the culture of professional dialogue with civil position;

GEP3 - develop the skills of organization and research, obtaining the necessary groundwork for the continuation of research in doctoral studies;

GEP4 - to use written and verbal communication for documenting and reporting the results, as well as having a high level of professionalism in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages.

To achieve the above objectives EP performs the following tasks:

1. Improvement and improvement of conditions for high-grade, high-quality professional education.

2. Improving and improving conditions for the receipt of certified knowledge of the business school iCarnegie, the structural unit of the University of Carnegie Mellon.

3. Engaging employers in the process of improving the EP, determine the professional competence of the graduate.
