Основной целью дипломного проекта является анализ влияния социальной ответственности на продажу компании.
В дипломном проекте проведен сравнительный анализ существующих аналогов. Изучены классификации и методы проведения, предлагая лучшие решения для потребителей и общества. Также были проанализированы методы оценки и анализа закупок. Основываясь на собранных сведениях, был разработан анализ, включающие все данные по влиянию социальной политики, на продажу.
Новизна проекта заключается в том, что подобных проектов с социальной подсистемой на казахстанском рынке нет. Данная политика создает новые ценности не только в виде дивидендов для акционеров, но для страны и ее населения.

Abstract
The main aim of the diploma project is analyzing the influence of social responsibility on the sale of company.
The capstone project, held a comparative analysis of the existing analogues, classification and methods. Also were studied classification and methods of offering, which held the best solutions for consumers and society. We analyzed the methods of evaluation and analysis of the procurement. Based on the information, an assay was developed, including all the data on the impact of social policy on the sale.
The novelty of the project lies in the fact that such projects with a social subsystem on the Kazakhstan market not exists. This policy creates new value, not only in the form of dividends to shareholders, but for the country and its population.

Introduction Social responsibility assumes that object (the organization or the person) has the obligation to work in favor of society in general. Social responsibility maintains a balance between two important conditions: not to disturb the ecosystem and not to undermine the economy. It belongs not only to business entities, but also all to those whose actions affect the environment.
Relevance of the topic is predetermined by the fact that the implementation of social policy in the company receives widespread development, sales volume increases every year. On the basis of the general trends in the development of food industry in Kazakhstan, domestic food production is in the growth stage.
There are two main strategic directions of development of Kazakhstan's food producers.
The first strategy is this increase the scale of production with low added value. Where, the growth in sales provides an improvement in production and economic activity in the main.
The second strategy - is the production of goods with high added value, have unique characteristics - "niche" products, which allows increasing the income of producers through a high rate of return.
The purpose of this project is the analysis of influence of social responsibility policy for sale to the company. The analysis shall include data on the company, its share of sales for 2015-2016.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve several related problems:
· To research and make the review of theoretical aspects of carrying out a policy of social responsibility of the company · To research models of development of the domestic food industry · To consider methods of formation of sales, arrival of the income · To analyze the influence of social responsibility in the sale of Kazakhstani and foreign companies
The novelty of the project lies in the fact that this management system long ago and also profoundly developed in foreign countries. However in our domestic companies this system is not completely entered. The analysis of this context can improve a status of the companies, - increasing their income, and raising altruistic thinking and views of the population.
