To organize theatre tours there is a compulsory requirement to meet the demands specified in the technical rider. You can download the documents here.

In case it’s impossible to meet one of the specified requirements the hosting side should inform of it in advance.

Technical rider of the crew is a list of requirements for obligatory provision of necessary sound and lighting equipment by the hosting side, it also lists items of equipment taken on tour by theatre’s technical support group.

Note: For hosting specialists It is advisable to get acquainted with the corresponding document!

In case it is impossible to meet one of the requirements specified in the technical rider, the hosting side should inform of it in advance. All the changes and additional information to the current technical rider must be applied in a written form as a supplement after both sides’ agreement.
