While true the questions is who gave Schiff his orders. That would have been the English Rothschilds. And who gave them their orders, none other than the English crown. That being said, I want to add undisputed facts which I will properly document below, that the international conspiracy to terminate the Romanov and install the Communists included President Woodrow Wilson, the British government, and Kaiser Wilhelm and highest ranks of the German military.

Keep in mind this top level international conspiracy happened while Wilson and the Kaiser were at war, and here were the governments of the U.S., U.K. and Germany supporting the Bolshevik Revolution. How do ya like them apples?

President Woodrow Wilson's biographer, Jennings C. Wise, in his book "Woodrow Wilson: Disciple of Revolution", wrote the following: "History must never forget that Woodrow Wilson, despite the efforts of the British police, made it possible for Leon Trotsky to enter Russia with an American passport." Page 661.

It is a reference to the Trotsky's departure from New York City with his wife and entourage of professional revolutionaries, on March 16, 1917, heading for Switzerland, then Russia. He and his party had been issued U.S. Passports, and Trotsky was personally carrying $10,000 American dollars. He and his party were arrested by British authorities at Halifax, Nova Scotia, but released when the President of the United States intervened with the British government in London an got them an British Secret Service escort to make sure they were not further detained en route to Switzerland.

Shortly Trotsky met up with Lenin on the mysterious "sealed train" with their entourage of Bolsheviks, made a secret stop in Germany where 17 million counterfeit rubles printed by the German mint were loaded, and sent on their way across the Russian border with the full knowledge of Kaiser Wilhelm and the top of the German government in April 1917.

This is documented by the New York Times by on of Lenin's entourage, Karl Radek, February 19, 1922, Special Features section, Page 92.

German Chief of Staff, General Ludendorff, later said of this escapade, "By sending Lenin to Russia, our government assumed a great responsibility.". Ludendorf was also Adolf Hitler's top military backer during the 1923 Beer Hall Putsch which landed Hitler in a private suite in prison for a year. Ludendorf was acquitted and elected to the Reichstag.

Arthur Koestler's book "The Thirteenth Tribe" gives detailed background data related to all of this. And so it is no stretch to connect the dots that the displaced and vengeful Khazars, now called jews, were in fact the very same Bolsheviks that slaughtered millions of Christian Russians, including the Czar
