Participation in all of the events above is only open to ECU Member Federations. The ECU will guarantee a minimum of one (1) spot for each ECU Member Federation whose application is received by 15^th August 2016. After this date, available space will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Participation in the ECU Rules Round Table is be limited to a maximum of two (2) participants per ECU Member, at no additional charge.

Food and drinks will be provided to all participants during the breaks, including lunch.

The final schedules for all days will be communicated no later than 1^st September 2016 (after applications).

Accommodation will be the individual responsibility of the participants, and bookings have to be made directly withthe hotel (see above). When doing your booking, please state that you will be attending the event “ECU – European Cheer Union”. Please also bear in mind that rooms at the conference hotel could be of limited availability.

Cancellations and changes to the applications are generally not possible and the applicant is committed to paying theattendance fees invoiced by the ECU.

Invoices will be done after registrations and sent to the member federations of the ECU – it is not possible to issueseparate invoices for participants or clubs.
