Last evening Madhava sang 4 PM till 6 PM.
Then HH Bhakti Charu Maharaja opened his mouth and a flood of siddhantha nectar flowed for around 20 minutes.
Then an old scruffy dog howled till 8:15.
And then again, HH Bhakti Charu Maharaja let the nectar flow with katha and kirtan.
And then... more of the tastiest prasadam on earth!!
If you haven't been to Ujjain you must come!!

Our flight from Dhaka to Jessore was cancelled.
That means we have to travel seven hours by car, on Bangladeshi roads, to the festival.
Ten years ago I would have just shrugged my shoulders and said, "Ce' La Vie."
Ten years older I'm on a crash course to learn Bengali swear words.
And the city Dhaka...
Best description I could offer is that it looks like Kolkata... the day after a 50 megaton nuclear blast.

But, the preaching is great here, and the Bengali culture is ever so sweet.
So I should stop complaining, see that this is Nitai's mercy, and sit in my damn cramped seat and happily chant Hare Krishna

Paused our journey after about three hours to sit beneath trees to take Nitai's Prasadam. It was very nice.
Now we have 5 or 6 hours to go.

This road has a 3 speed bumps every.5 KM.

Spent yesterday travelling to Kolkata.
Today was up at 5 AM to leave to the airport at 6 AM.
Arrived Dhaka at 9 AM and left Dhaka airport at 10 AM.
Now it is 20:12 and we have another 1.5 hours to go.
I don't think I'd do that even to an enemy.
