Follow-up

6.1 Customer Relations officer puts entry of the watch-listed passenger’s information into Amadeus system.

This officer is responsible for the maintenance and update of the database.

6.2 24 hours before the flight KC ground shift head receives automatic notification from RTB about watch

listed passenger.

6.3 After check-in alert the ticket/check-in agent calls KC ground shift head to assist in verifying if the

passenger is actual person whose name is on the Watch List by checking his identification document

and data in Watch listed passengers document on intranet under the link

The link is called Watch List Procedure. If the passenger cannot be verified as the same person previously recorded as watchlisted, then KC ground shift head notifies Commander and IFS of a suspicion but not the passenger.

6.4 If the passenger is verified as watch-listed, KC ground shift head presents a Notification Letter (in the

pertinent language) to the passenger (Ref C. GOM 5.2.60)

6.5 KC ground shift head informs Commander and IFS of the watch listed passenger to be transported by

submitting Watch List Crew Warning Notice (Ref C. GOM 5.2.61). The form is triplicates (original – for

crew, copy 1 – for Ground Services, copy 2 – for Corporate Safety DPT).

6.6 KC ground shift head (or Dept Manager) notifies CSQ (Safety reports Coordinator) that passenger

travelled in order to update records by sending copy 2 of Watch list crew warning notice.

6.7 Cabin crew members keep vigilance, monitor the passenger during flight and put notes on his behavior to the WLCWN. The copy of the WLCWN to be sent to Safety reports Coordinator by cabin crew

administrator or librarian.

6.8 Safety reports coordinator updates records.
