Lecture notes and study of lecture material

Proper preparation of lecture notes for the course is very important, primarily because of lack of

textbooks for the course.

Working at lecture:

- Prepare for lectures (attitude, familiarity with the material).

-Come to the lecture in advance.

-Avoid pointless waste of time in the classroom.

- Please bring: lined exercise book or sheets with fields, two or three pens with bars of different

colors, ruler, pencil and eraser.

- In the summary at the top of the sheet should indicate the lecture topic and date. It is desirable to conduct recording on one side of the sheet, which facilitates the search process.
- Pay attention to the most important: a lecture has a certain structure (logical design) and your task - to identify its main points. Do not write anything that says lecturer: try to listen first, and

then write and draw.

- Use note-taking techniques: dot-dash method is convenient to reflect the logical connection of separate locations: the main header marks the point, subtitles are placed around an indented and marked centimeter dash, again under the headings marked point, etc. Good headlines emphasize different colors. Use abbreviations where possible (conventional and individual).
- If something is not clear - write and ask a question during the lecture or at the end, ask during the consultation, look at the book, ask another teacher, discuss this as a group.
- The basic rule of note-taking: it is important to understand the logic of exposition in general, the

record unrelated, fragmentary pieces.

Directions for further work on the lecture:

-Repeat studied material from notes.

- Select and specify incomprehensible sentence.

-Unfinished phrases, missing words and other shortcomings in the records removed,

-Using materials from the textbook and other sources.

-Complete technical design abstract (make underline, highlight

-importantly, check the sections and subsections, questions and sub-questions).
- If you missed lesson, leave a few free pages. The content of the missed material can and should make up during independent work.
