Making travel arrangements





 

I. Write down some words and expressions from the film.

11. Fire away / fire ahead – a spoken expression used when you are ready to answer questions, e.g. “I have a few questions.” “Fire away.”

12. A courtesy bus – a bus provided by a hotel near an airport that their guests can use to travel to and from the airport.

13. To hire – to rent, i.e. to pay money to borrow something for a period of hours or days.

14. Saloon – BrE a car that has a separate enclosed space for your bags etc; sedan AmE.

15. Full collision waiver – insurance on the occasion of a road accident.

16. Unlimited mileage – the right to use a vehicle without any limitations on the number of miles it can pass.

17. A corporate charge card – a credit card provided and covered by a company.
