Тест 3: Страдаете ли вы нарушением сна?





 

Нижеследующие вопросы в несколько этапов помогут вам примерно оценить, страдаете ли вы нарушением сна, и если да, то каким именно. Тест разработан сомнологом из Мюнстера Тильманом Мюллером и по­мещен на сайте www.schIafgestoert.de (на немецком языке).

Анкета ни в коем случае не может заменить обращения к врачу. Но заполненный тест можно взять с собой на прием – он поможет доктору при постановке диагноза.

Возможно, у вас окажутся симптомы сразу нескольких нарушений сна. В этом нет ничего необычного – сочетание некоторых видов рас­стройства сна встречается достаточно часто.

Редкие «дурные» ночи или кратковременные проблемы с засыпанием, как правило, не требуют лечения.

Если вы один или более раз ответили «да» на эти вопросы, причиной расстройства сна может быть психическое заболевание, например де­прессия или панические атаки. В этих случаях трудно различить, явля­ется ли дневная подавленность причиной или следствием плохого сна. Если вы ответили «да» на несколько вопросов этой таблицы, вы, веро­ятно, страдаете приобретенной бессонницей (см. с. 129). В этих слу­чаях нарушение сна сохраняется, когда вызвавшая его причина давно исчезла. Нередко такие обособившиеся компоненты примешиваются к нарушениям сна, вызванными отчасти другими причинами (например, болезнью).
