Эти гипнотические формы — только описательная маркировка различных аспектов внушения; как правило они не функционируют в отрыве одна от другой. Одно и то же внушение, например, может быть трюизмом (потому что оно верно), составным внушением (поскольку оно содержит как минимум два связанных между собой утверждения) и импликацией (так как имплицитно предполагается, что можно сразу понять более одного утверждения). Искусство формулировки внушений, собственно, в том и состоит, чтобы использовать так много взаимоподкрепляющих гипнотических форм, как только возможно.

Повторим еще раз, что, хотя Эриксон и считает транс особым состоянием, он не верит, что гипервнушаемость является непременной характеристикой транса. То есть, если пациенты вошли в состояние транса, это еще не значит, что они примут внушение терапевта. Это недоразумение разочаровало и обескуражило немало терапевтов в прошлом и послужило препятствием развитию гипноза как научного направления. Транс представляет собой особое состояние, которое интенсифицирует терапевтические отношения и фокусирует внимание пациента на внутренних аспектах реальности. Транс не гарантирует принятие внушения. Эриксон полагается на описанные выше подходы, чтобы вызвать и направить ассоциативные процессы и внутренние навыки и психические механизмы пациента и иногда достичь определенных целей.

Как обозначить перечисленные выше гипнотические формы? Очевидно, что это какие-то коммуникационные приемы. Они представляют собой фрагменты и осколки новой науки прагматики — науки об отношениях между знаками и пользователями знаков. Поскольку эти коммуникационные приемы разработаны в клинической практике, необходимо как можно быстрее подтвердить и изучить их параметры в контролируемых лабораторных исследованиях, а также в дальнейших клинических и полевых экспериментах. Тех, кому предстоит работать в этой области, ждет бесконечное поле для исследований. Оно будет, несомненно, расширяться и изменяться по мере того, как развивается само сознание человека.

На протяжении всей этой книги мы упоминали различные средства для исследования и развития человеческих возможностей и нереализованных способностей во время транса. Транс в этом смысле можно представить как период свободного исследования и обучения, не обремененного некоторыми сдерживающими моментами из прежней истории пациента. Именно с этой целью Эриксон разработал такое множество уникальных подходов к гипнотическому наведению и трансовому обучению, при котором обычные связывающие человека ограничения на мгновение меняются, позволяя открыться внутреннему потенциалу. Огромное разнообразие этих подходов не может быть приведено к какому-либо стандарту, поскольку статичность и стандартность не свойственна человеку. Каждый является развивающейся личностью. Гипнотическое взаимодействие отражает и активизирует это развитие творческими путями, неожиданными и для терапевта, и для пациента. Хорошо обученный терапевт прежде всего является превосходным наблюдателем, умеющим распознавать связывающие человеческую природу цепи. Он всегда стремится предоставить средства для освобождения и активизации человеческого развития. Затем он мудро отходит в сторону, чтобы наблюдать и гадать, куда это развитие в конечном итоге приведет.
