SEC. 202. SANCTIONS TO ADDRESS CONTINUING AGGRESSION OF THE RUSSIAN

FEDERATION TOWARD UKRAINE.

(a) Imposition of Sanctions.--

Federation have not withdrawn from Crimea (other than military
