The firm provides services which allow to satisfy people's interest of getting acquainted with a way of life, mentality and culture of other country, in particular Russia. The firm helps people to learn the general and distinctive things between their own and a typical Russian way of life. Provided services are focused, mainly, on individual tourists or very small groups consisting of three-four persons who are interested in receiving deeper knowledge about the real life in Russia. As a rule, the traditional tourist set of representations about the country is offered to clients, having nothing in common with actual way of people life of the country tourists visit.

Existing travel agencies can be subdivided into following groups:

1) The closed joint-stock companies which have appeared as a result of disintegration of the large Soviet state companies-monopolists. Their force is that they have inherited the majority of former connections and, hence, their volume of services is great. Their weakness is that service of clients is in most cases put on a stream and doesn't consider concrete personal interests.;

2) The joint ventures whose vouchers are sold to foreign founders abroad through an extensive network of tour agencies. Such companies are focused on service of the big groups in which individual service is almost a little realizable.;

3) The private companies, usually with small volume of work interested in cooperation with foreign partners – suppliers of clients. In most cases they offer higher quality of service and the individualized approach to the client. Some of them specialize on sport or recreational tourism.

The firm will belong to the third group. A market niche is great enough to make profit, and at the same time is small enough to be attractive to the large travel companies servicing the big flows of tourists. The firm will involve clients on direct contacts to us or under the recommendation. The firm will be initially engaged in search of foreign partners for the purpose of increase of work volume by establishing contacts with the western firms which finally will lead to profit increase. The firm will also offer the services to local firms to receive the additional funds for the firm development.

The prices for services are in the same range, as on the market of individual tourism (from 70$ to 275$ for a tour-day).
