Here is a paragraph about the climate of Alaska. To make it accurate, you need to add frequency adverbs. First read the paragraph.

A lot of oil comes from Alaska. The climate of Alaska varies in different parts of the state and affects the lives of the oil workers. The Panhandle is an area in the southeastern part of the state next to Canada. (1) Winters there are mild. (2) It rains' in the winter, (3) but it doesn't snow. The interior of Alaska has very different weather conditions. (4) The winters there are extremely cold. (5) The temperature reaches - 40°C. (6) In this same area, however, the summers are very hot but short. The northern coast of Alaska is the area where oil was discovered. (7) This area isn't free of ice. (8) The around there doesn't thaw; it is permanently frozen. With its different climates and types of terrain, Alaska is a land (9) where travel is a problem. Oil workers do not move about easily in the winter months. If they make a trip, (10) it is by air. Air travel is still the easiest form of travel in this state.

Some only need fifteen or twenty minutes to get ready for work or school; others need an hour or more. Some people are late every morning. Some people don't talk in the morning. Some need a cup of black coffee right away. Some eat a big breakfast; others eat nothing.

o Write a short composition about how you feel and what you do in the morning.

Use a lot of frequency adverbs (always, almost always, ten, sometimes, seldom, rarely, hardly ever, almost never, times a________, every morning, and so on).

o Write about a person who does the opposite of what you do in the morning.
